Ana Pinho, architect
Soul In Lines is the residential architecture and interior design studio of architect Ana Pinho, founded in 2026 and based in Pinhal Novo. Ana works alone: she is the one you talk to first, the one who designs your project and the one who follows it to the building site.
How she works
Ana is from Pinhal Novo and works in person in Pinhal Novo, Palmela, Setúbal, Montijo, Alcochete, Moita and Lisbon. With clients elsewhere in Portugal, the work runs online, by phone and email, at the pace of each project.
Whenever the project needs it, Ana visits the site and the works in person: to get to know the place, survey what is there and follow the construction. She has worked with the municipal councils of Palmela and Moita. A physical studio opens soon.
Every project follows four stages: listen, counsel, solve and deliver. See the process
Where she works in person
What she designs
- New build
For anyone with a plot who wants to build their home: from finding out what the plot allows to licensing and following the building works.
- Legalisation
For regularising a house, an annex or works done without a licence, from surveying what exists to the process with the Câmara Municipal.
- Extensions
For gaining space in the house you already have, with a new floor, a room or an annex, within what the municipality's rules allow.
- Renovation
For giving an existing house a new life, starting with a diagnosis of what works and what needs to change, before any building work.
- Interior design
For an interior that works and has character: layout, materials, lighting and bespoke furniture, designed together.
Fees and timelines
Fees are set for each project in a clear proposal and paid in stages as the work progresses. Timelines depend on the project, its size and complexity, and on the Câmara Municipal's appraisal; they are agreed with you before work begins.
